How To Nominate a Candidate for Election to the NCI Board of Directors

  1. Print the Nomination Form from the NCI web site.
  2. Fill in the required data on an eligible and willing nominee (see the Bylaws).
  3. Have the nominee sign and date the written statement that he/she is both willing and able to serve actively if elected (which requires reliable e-mail access) and that he/she fully supports the primary goal of NCI ... the elimination of Morse testing as a prerequisite for any class of amateur license world-wide.
  4. Provide validating identification for the nominee, such as a photocopy of his/her amateur license, if licensed (unlicensed members may use a photocopy of a passport, driver's license, or other valid government-issued identity papers as an acceptable form of validating identification).
  5. Sign and date the "primary nominator" section, fill in your NCI member number, and attach a photocopy of your amateur license, if licensed (unlicensed members may use a photocopy of passport, driver's license, or other valid government-issued identity papers as an acceptable form of validating identification).
  6. Secure five (5) additional valid nominating signatures from eligible NCI members, along with the date they signed, their NCI member numbers, and attach photocopies of their amateur licenses, if licensed (unlicensed members may use a photocopy of passport, driver's license, or other valid government-issued identity papers as an acceptable form of validating identification).
  7. Mail the completed Nomination Form and the copies of all signatory's validating identification to:
